Overview

Voicemail allows the subscriber to record a personal greeting which plays whenever a call is forwarded to the mailbox. The subscriber determines the security code for their mailbox, and therefore ensures the security of their messages. Voicemail also allows the subscriber to forward a message to another user's mailbox, or reply to a message received in their own mailbox.

Electronic Call Screening
Alphanumeric Dispatch puts your messages on your pager immediately! Your calls are routed to
voice mail and your caller’s leaves message in your mailbox. We transmit that message to your
pager, giving you immediate communications no matter where you are. Your callers will be
impressed with the thorough and professional manner in which we take the message and how
promptly you respond to their call.
Express Check-In
It lets you know immediately if you have any messages. You dial an access number and enter a
security code that is unique to your account. If you have messages you are routed directly to an
operator or your voice mailbox for message delivery. If you have no messages you will hear a
second dial tone and you can simply hang up, no need to talk to an operator.

your messages whenever you request us to. Fax Message delivery helps you maximize your time as
you never have to waste time writing down a message or waiting for an operator to deliver
messages to you.

E-Mail Message
E-Mail Message Delivery sends your messages, every 15 minutes to your e-mail address. You can
pick up your messages at any time, along with any other e-mail you may have.

Automated Receptionist
The Automated Receptionist feature of Cube Voice answers calls immediately and gives the caller the option to speak with an operator, or go directly to a desired extension. Cube Voice can answer
repetitive questions by having the caller make selections from a menu of options. Messages can be
taken and special announcement can be broadcast. Callers without a touch-tone phone may be
transferred immediately to a live operator or they are able to leave a message. Cube Voice
streamlines the office operations without the need of additional office staff.

Automated Paging
Utilizing the Automatic Paging feature of Cube Voice insures a quick and efficient way to call out to
pagers, cellular phones, or remote phones and notify the person assigned to them that someone has
left a message. The system allows selective notifications, urgent notification, as well as busy, retries

IVR (Optional)

Reach Out Caller
The Reach Out Caller feature of Cube Voice allows you to call a list of phone numbers. In the list,
you supply the phone numbers to be dialed and the message to be delivered. It is used to contact
your clients, send messages to a group, and receive responses. Now political candidates can reach
out to their constituents, school officials can inform the parents if the school is closed because of bad weather, and business can let their customers know of special deals.

Audio Bulletin Board
With the Audio Bulletin Board feature of Cube Voice callers are provided menus from which to select information. Simply pressing a button on any touch-tone telephone accesses the different subjects. Large number callers can send out information about events, hours of operation, product
information, or special services without tying up clerical time, twenty four hours a day.

ACD
The automatic call distributor feature of Cube Voice works like the Automated Receptionist and
decides to which extension number the call should be transferred. Cube Voice distributes work
